Something old, something new...

I love the old fashioned traditions of a wedding.  Kirsty and Jorge met during a break from university while working in a packing house at an orchard in Central Otago.  So not only did Jorge pack the fruit, but he also won the heart of Kirsty.  Recently they wed and Jorge had close friends and family come over to New Zealand from Chile for the wedding.  During the day, the language barrier was the cause of quite a few laughs, nothing that a bit of sign language couldn't fix!   We had a great day up in the hills of Clyde creating some magic images.  One of my favourite shots was Nan with Kirsty's veil.  As per tradition, Kirsty had her 'something old' as the veil was a combination of both Mum's and Nan's veils from their wedding day.   A special moment for all the girls!
